We ship all orders Priority through the U.S. Postal Service with full insurance coverage for the price of the jewelry. A flat rate of $8.00 for Priority Shipping (2-3 day delivery average) through USPS, or $17.50 for Express Shipping (1-2 day delivery average) is applied to every order processed through our website for shipping and packaging.

International orders will be charged a base rate of $12.00 for Global Priority Shipping (4-5 day delivery average, depending on destination). Our website will not automatically charge this rate during the checkout section. We will manually adjust the total of your order accordingly. We are not responsible for any duty charges on international packages that you may be charged by your Customs department in the country of destination.

All jewelry will be packaged using clear plastic and a heat sealer. Jewelry will be clearly visible through the packaging. If the seal is broken, we will not accept returns on jewelry. This is a health issue and is strictly enforced.

We will not accept returns on organic jewelry (Bone, Wood, Horn, or Stone) or Acrylic jewelry under any circumstances unless jewelry is damaged during shipping, or there is an error on our part with your order.

If your merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping it is your responsibility to contact the post office and file an insurance claim. This is the policy of the United States Post Office concerning items damaged in shipping. They will need to see the original box, packaging, invoice, as well as the original insurance slip, which we will provide to you upon notification of your damaged merchandise. We will provide and assist you with any papers or information that you may need concerning the matter.

We will issue credit to your account for the full amount of returned jewelry if you get your package and change your mind about your purchase. Jewelry that is indended to be returned must be in the same condition that it was shipped out in, and still heat sealed in the plastic packaging. We do not issue refunds unless there are errors with your order on our part.

We will make our best attempt to ship your product(s) within 3-7 business days from when your order is placed. Sometimes, however, items may not be in stock. We carry in stock the majority of the jewelry shown on our website, however, we cannot keep a real-time stock check on all sizes and variations of every product listed. Unfortunately there are some constraints to the stocking function of our website. We will make our best attempt if an item is not in stock to restock it and ship it to you in an expedient fashion. From time to time we may not be able to restock certain items. If this is the case we will contact you via E-mail and/or phone with alternative selections to your order. If these are not satisfactory we can cancel the order for you.

Your credit card will not be charged until the day the jewelry is shipped.
